Return and Refund Policy

At Feinscy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund within 3–5 business days.
